As a Certified Practicing Counsellor with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA), Jennifer integrates various modalities, including Psychodynamic techniques, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy, into her practice.
