Chelsea is a highly experienced, effective and supportive counsellor who work with adolescents, adults and couples. She is a member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia and trained in Gottman Therapy. Chelsea is passionate about bringing awareness to people’s lives so that they can be in control of their thoughts and choices.
Using a practical approach Chelsea will introduce many tools so that you can start making immediate changes to your life. She is approachable, kind, friendly and grounded and meets clients exactly where they are. Chelsea intentionally designs her sessions to open your awareness and understand yourself and others on a deeper level. Chelsea uses a combination of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Existential Therapy along with Personality work and Awareness training, however her approach is always relevant to your therapeutic needs.
Chelsea is committed to listening to the client’s perspective and is always offering new ways to look at their situation with curiosity and compassion. Chelsea’s practice is for you to leave each session feeling lighter and clearer, so that you can live a present and peaceful life.
