What's My Attachment Style?

Your attachment style is the pattern you tend to bring to close relationships, shaped by your early experiences and reinforced over time. It affects how you handle closeness, conflict, and connection with the people you care about.

The Four Attachment Styles

Secure

Comfortable with both closeness and independence, and generally trusts that the people close to them are reliable.

Anxious

Craves closeness and reassurance, and can feel sensitive to small changes in a relationship.

Avoidant

Values independence and can find too much closeness a little overwhelming at times.

Fearful-Avoidant

Wants closeness but can also feel unsafe getting too close, leading to a push-pull pattern.
