Trudy Jacobsen is a caring, highly competent counsellor with over 16 years’ professional experience. She is a specialist mental health member of the AASW. Trudy has provided counselling services in a number of organisations and counselling settings, including private practice. She specialises in counselling children, adolescents, individual adults, couples and family groups.

By identifying what keeps getting in the way of success (such as unproductive behaviours, beliefs and feelings), clients can overcome adversity and make positive changes that result in authentic recovery and personal growth.
