In essence, CBT helps us evaluate our own thought patterns, laying the groundwork for a more flexible mindset. CBT has one of the most established bodies of evidence to show that it works in treating many issues from anxiety, phobias and relationship conflicts to anger and depression.

Life Supports accredited counsellors and psychologists also offer appointments via phone and online. Additionally, we offer counselling services in many languages other than English.
