We are part of wide network of organisations throughout Australia working to
support people with their Mental Health. We've brought together a contact list
of useful links to help you find all the support that's available right at your
finger tips to change and recover.

Crisis Support Resources

We offer these resources when we have a caller in immediate severe emotional distress who would benefit from short term and immediate crisis support. Often we will provide a longer term option through our service, but complement that support with access short term to one of these crisis support lines.

    This is a 24 hour national number who can help put you in contact with a crisis service in your state.


  • This is a 24 hour national number for people who are suicidal, carers for someone who is suicidal or bereaved by suicide.

    This is a telephone counselling service for young people aged 5 years to 25 years of age.

    This is a 24 hour national Sexual Assault, Family & Domestic Violence Counselling Line for any Australian who has experienced, or is at risk of, family and domestic violence and/or sexual assault.

Free Online Counselling

These services are available in the instances where we can't find a promising therapist match via our network that would be convenient for the caller. Often one of these other organisations can help if you seek free telephone or online counselling support.
