We have detailed all our main mental health support links and resources for a varying range of situations and experiences.

Crisis Support Resources

We offer these resources when we have a caller in immediate severe emotional distress who would benefit from short term and immediate crisis support. Often we will provide a longer term option through our service, but complement that support with access short term to one of these crisis support lines.

1800 RESPECT 1800 737 732This is a 24 hour national Sexual Assault, Family & Domestic Violence Counselling Line for any Australian who has experienced, or is at risk of, family and domestic violence and/or sexual assault.
