Yogini is a committed and considerate counsellor who is charged with a depth of skill that ensures her clients the best care. Yogini will help her clients through a range of issues and supports adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families.
Yogini’s dynamic and empathetic approach helps her clients to be at ease, as she creates an environment for change, to explore present life challenges or difficulties, and to help develop an awareness. Through this awareness clients learn how to create better relationships with themselves and others, how to grow through relationship challenges and build relationship health and resilience, how to implement new ways of communicating, how to create a family culture that is enjoyable and supportive to all, how to cope with feeling lost or out of control, and how to cope with grief, anxiety, depression, or stress.
Yogini is passionate about providing counselling that empowers her clients to make a genuine and long-lasting positive change in their lives. Yogini helps clients to develop a genuine understanding of their circumstances and options in moving forward. Yogini is insightful and outcome focused. She supports clients with practical guidance and effective strategies to address their concerns and believes that everyone has the ability and resources to be in rewarding contact with other people and to lead satisfying and creative life. With her guidance, Yogini can help you achieve this by drawing on her sound knowledge and skill, and using a number of evidence-based therapies, dependent on the client’s therapeutic needs. These include Solution Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
