Tracey Gray is a highly regarded counsellor with over thirty years of experience in the field. With a master’s degree in counselling, she brings a unique perspective to her work, combining clinical expertise with a deep understanding of psychology and well-being. As a member of the Australian Counselling Association, Tracey works with children, adolescents, couples, families and individual adults presenting with a wide range of concerns. She is dedicated to offering a highly supportive space where clients can feel safe to explore their feelings and goals.
Tracey’s approach is collaborative, outcome-focused, and empowering. She draws on a range of evidence-based therapies to create tailored sessions that align with your unique needs. These therapies include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Trauma-Informed and Person-Centred Therapy, among others. Through these approaches, Tracey helps clients address the root causes of their challenges, build resilience, improve self-esteem, and develop stronger relationships.
