She supports clients to recognise patterns in relationships and emotional responses, strengthen communication and connection, and deepen self-awareness – empowering them to grow, find solutions, and create positive change. Her approach is collaborative, outcome-focused, and tailored to each client’s goals and needs.
Skye draws on a range of evidence-based approaches to tailor each session to her client’s goals, needs, and strengths. These approaches include Eye Movement Integration Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, The Gottman Method (couples therapy), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and somatic techniques. Skye implements these to help clients build insight, confidence, and wellbeing, while fostering stronger relationships and a greater sense of balance in life.
