Phil seeks to gently explore and understand what has gone on before assisting a client in overcoming present difficulties to achieve the skills and resources to live the life they seek. Phil has several approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Attachment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Family Therapy. Phil recognises that life’s difficulties often require the qualities of patience, persistence, and contemplation and he therefore works closely with in partnership with his clients to achieve their counselling goals.
