Morgan Wainwright is a registered Psychologist with 15 years of experience working with adults across a wide range of personal and relational concerns. He is a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPI) and has worked in diverse settings, bringing extensive clinical experience to his practice.
Morgan is grounded, warm, and calm in his approach. He provides a steady and practical space where clients can explore what feels overwhelming or stuck. Through thoughtful conversation and gentle challenge, he helps clients understand the patterns that shape their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. He does not offer surface-level reassurance, but careful and considered work that leads to meaningful, lasting change. By developing insight alongside practical strategies, clients build greater clarity, resilience, and confidence in navigating life’s pressures. Morgan believes therapy should feel collaborative and purposeful — a space where meaningful change becomes possible, not just discussed.
Each session is tailored to the individual. Morgan draws on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Schema Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Nature-Oriented Therapy, Somatic-Based Therapy, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy. His aim is to help clients move toward greater self-understanding, stronger relationships, and a more connected and fulfilling life.
