All clients are diverse and so sessions are tailored by Maryanne to each person and their individual needs and desired outcomes. She uses a mix of evidence-based modalities including cognitive behavioural therapy, solution focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness exercises, trauma informed techniques, somatic-based interventions, and expressive therapies, including art ‘in’ therapy. Using these techniques, Maryanne empowers her clients understand and make sense of their situation and free themselves from the weight they may have been carrying around, achieve personal growth and identify a way forward for a happier future.
