She uses a person-centred style of therapy and has an eclectic strength-based approach drawing from Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Positive Psychology, Attachment Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based therapies.
