Kelly Fisher is a highly qualified counsellor who has been in practice since 2013. As a proud member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA), she has worked across a variety of settings supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
Kelly is dedicated to helping clients develop effective, evidence-based strategies. She views counselling as an opportunity to explore presenting concerns and gain deeper insight into underlying issues. By fostering a safe, collaborative environment, Kelly empowers her clients to make lasting, positive changes that remain sustainable long after the final session.
Each appointment with Kelly is carefully tailored to meet individual therapeutic needs. She adopts an integrated, client-centred approach, drawing on a broad range of contemporary counselling models, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Gestalt Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-based approaches, Solution-Focused Therapy. Kelly believes that counselling can be a deeply rewarding journey. She enjoys working with clients and seeing them gain greater understanding, peace, connection, and happiness.
