Kellie Nichol-Smith is a highly regarded counsellor who is experienced in working with individual adults and couples. Kellie is a member of the Australian Counselling Association and is well equipped to support clients in overcoming a wide range of presenting concerns.

Kellie offers a space for clients to pause and explore what’s really going on. She has an empathic and practical approach to life and counselling, which is supported by a wealth of lived experience and clinically proven therapeutic interventions. By not just soothing the symptoms, Kellie is able to effectively support and collaborate with clients to make real and lasting change in their lives and relationships. Kellie’s approach effectively puts you back in the driver’s seat, reconnected to tools and resources, so you can truly thrive and become a beacon of change for others.

Kellie believes every client’s personal circumstances are unique and responds to them directly to reveal the root cause of undesired patterns, thoughts, feelings, or behaviour. To do this, she incorporates a variety of modalities in session including Person-centred Therapy, Solution-focused Therapy, Body-Awareness Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Gottman Couples Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
