Karen is a qualified counsellor and a member of the Australian Counselling Association. She brings many years of experience to her practice working with clients navigating emotional concerns, life transitions, stress, relationship concerns and experiences that impact their wellbeing.

She uses an integrative, client-centred approach, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.
