Dr Olga Anderson is a professional counsellor supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Dr Olga tailors her approach to an individual's personal needs, encourages them to identify and express their emotions, find the way to understand and regulate them. She creates an opportunity for clients to explore their feelings and find their own path toward a more balanced life.
Dr Olga uses evidence-based therapeutic approaches and techniques to tailor each session to a client’s needs, goals, and strengths. These techniques include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques.
