Christopher Cole is an experienced counsellor who has worked in the field for over two decades with adults, adolescents, couples, and families across a range of settings. He supports people navigating emotional difficulties, relationship challenges, life transitions, and periods of uncertainty, offering professional care that is thoughtful, grounded, and respectful.

Christopher’s work is person-centred, collaborative, and developmentally informed. He provides a calm and supportive counselling environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and make sense of what may be shaping their current challenges. Through a compassionate and reflective process, Christopher helps clients to understand their personal stories, recognise patterns that no longer serve them, and develop greater awareness and choice. As a result, clients often experience increased clarity, emotional steadiness, and a stronger sense of connection to themselves and others.

Christopher draws on an integrated approach, informed by developmental trauma work, narrative therapy, mindfulness-based practices, somatically interactive, and attachment-informed counselling. He has extensively studied the Compassionate Inquiry approach to psychotherapy, which shapes his understanding of how early life experiences influence emotional and relational wellbeing. His work is also influenced by depth-oriented and Jungian ideas, with an emphasis on meaning, personal growth, and self-understanding. Christopher believes counselling can be a transformative and empowering experience, and he celebrates working with clients as they create positive and lasting change in their lives.
