Chioma Obimma is a highly regarded counsellor with extensive professional experience working with clients across a wide range of presenting concerns. She holds membership with the AASW and works with individuals and couples, supporting clients from age 16 onwards through life’s challenges.

Her counselling style is grounded and practical, providing clients with strategies to manage difficulties while also creating space for reflection and growth. She believes that counselling is a supportive partnership through which clients can explore concerns, build resilience, and strengthen relationships.
Each session with Chioma is personalised and grounded in a client-centred approach, ensuring that clients feel heard and supported. She integrates a wide range of therapeutic approaches into her practice, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.
