Celia Pope is a highly experienced counsellor with 12 years of professional practice supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She is PACFA-registered and has worked across a wide range of settings. Celia brings strong clinical grounding, genuine care, and well-developed practice wisdom to her work.
Celia is warm, grounded, and authentic. She works holistically, creating a highly supportive space for clients to truly explore their experience and work at a pace that feels comfortable, welcoming all parts of a person’s experience. She is passionate about helping people understand and work with their nervous system in ways that empower them to see their responses as normal human processes rather than signs that something is wrong. Through mindfulness and awareness-building, clients learn to attune to their inner experience and develop greater choice in how they respond. Celia supports clients with skills to better meet their challenges, deepen their connection with themselves and others, and move toward clarity, confidence and emotional balance in all aspects of their life.
Each session with Celia is tailored to the unique needs of the individual, couple, or family. She uses an integrated, client-centred approach drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, strengths-based practice, attachment-informed approaches and parts work. Celia believes counselling can be a meaningful and supportive experience, helping clients build awareness, resilience, and genuine connection in their everyday lives.
