Each session with Cecilia is tailored to meet the client’s individual needs. She draws on an integrated, person‑centred approach informed by Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Process‑Oriented Psychology, Trauma Counselling, Mindfulness‑Based Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
