Caroline Ballard is a well regarded and experienced counsellor who holds professional membership with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia. Warm, grounded and easy to talk to, she offers a collaborative and respectful approach built on genuine connection. She works with individuals and couples, supporting them to explore anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, questions of identity, and other challenges at a pace that feels right for them.
Caroline pays close attention to who you are, what matters to you, and how your experiences have shaped the way you move through life and relationships. Working alongside her clients, she helps them explore why certain feelings, patterns, or difficulties resurface, and develop greater clarity about themselves and their relationships.
She sees therapy as a process of self-discovery and meaningful change, unfolding within a trusting therapeutic relationship. Drawing on trauma-informed and person-centred approaches, as well as an understanding of attachment and the impact of past experiences, Caroline supports people to make sense of their experiences, strengthen their relationships, and move towards a life that feels more authentic and genuinely their own.
