Anna Morris is a professionally accredited counsellor who is passionate about supporting adults and teenagers as they navigate life’s tougher moments. Kindness and positive regard for her clients is at the heart of her practice and she brings extensive experience and knowledge.
Anna’s ability to create warmth, honesty and genuine connection allows her clients to discover new insights into their emotional needs, different ways of looking at life, improved relationships and a stronger sense of self. She is open, real and grounded in the knowledge that people heal best when they feel seen and understood. Anna’s focus is on emotional imbalance, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, grief and loss and big life transitions.
Anna recognises that everyone’s life experiences are unique. Her approach to counselling is completely person-centred and is based on the specific needs of each client. Anna draws on Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Existential Psychotherapy, Art Therapy and Strengths-Based Therapy. Her aim is to educate, empower and give clients the tools they need to grow their self awareness and to improve their personal wellbeing and overall life outcomes.
