Amanda believes that once you have the right tools, strategies, and support, you will be empowered to live your best possible life.
Amanda therefore believes in equipping clients with skills that will empower them to navigate life differently, which will ultimately bring about clarity, renewed confidence, and a fresh outlook and awareness on life and self. Dependent on the client’s therapeutic needs, the evidence-based techniques that Amanda implements include Solution Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
