Alexia Mudruk is a professional counsellor with rich life experience supporting people through life’s challenges. She holds a Master of Counselling and is a member of the Australian Counselling Association. Alexia works with young people, adults, and families.
Alexia brings warmth, insight, and a grounded presence to her work. She creates a calm and collaborative environment in which clients feel respected, understood, and supported. Her counselling style is compassionate and practical, helping clients make sense of their experiences in order to create meaningful and lasting change. Clients often describe Alexia as calm, reassuring and genuinely engaged; someone who walks beside them as they navigate anxiety, low mood, grief and loss, identity questions, relationship stress, and difficult transitions. Because she believes people carry their own inner resources for healing, Alexia works in a way that helps clients reconnect with strength, clarity, and confidence.
Each session with Alexia is shaped around the individual needs and goals of the client. She integrates a range of approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, attachment-informed practice, and practical, creative tools. She believes counselling can be a rewarding experience and looks forward to supporting you toward greater wellbeing and connection.
