Wenting Ruan is a highly experienced therapist who is a member of the Australian Psychological Society as well as the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. She has worked in a range of diverse settings and has wide experience supporting adolescents and adults and supports clients with a wide range of presenting challenges.

Wenting is committed to empowering her clients to achieve their individual potential, to overcome their challenges and to succeed in reaching their desired life goals. She believes each person is unique and therefore, she takes a client-centred approach to support each person’s individual therapeutic needs. Wenting takes the time to get to know each client so she can better understand them and their goals for counselling.

Wenting tailors each client’s session to meet their individual needs. She draws from a wealth of experience in utilising a variety of counselling styles and modes such as Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness and Behaviour therapy.
