Val Greenfield is a compassionate and experienced counsellor dedicated to supporting individuals of all ages through life’s challenges with empathy and professionalism. Val brings over 15 years of counselling experience to her practice supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they address a broad range of presenting concerns.
Val integrates a range of evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy. Her flexible, strengths-based approach ensures that every session is tailored to meet each client’s individual needs and values. Val is committed to providing a highly supportive experience where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.
With a deeply grounded presence, Val supports clients to reconnect with their strengths, explore new perspectives, and move toward growth and wellbeing. Whether someone is feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of a safe space to reflect, Val walks alongside them with compassion, clarity, and a deep belief in the possibility of positive change.
