Tegan Mumford is a Counsellor and Relational Gestalt Psychotherapist with more than 15 years of experience supporting people through life's challenges. She works with clients of all ages and backgrounds and has extensive experience in the field. Tegan also provides clinical supervision to counsellors and other helping professionals.
Tegan offers a highly supportive space where clients are encouraged to explore their experiences, make sense of difficult patterns, and reconnect with themselves and others. Her approach is collaborative, respectful and grounded in the belief that every person has the capacity for profound growth when they are met with curiosity, care and authenticity.
Drawing on Relational Gestalt psychotherapy, trauma-informed practice and an anti-oppressive framework, Tegan tailors counselling to each person's unique needs and circumstances. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, she works alongside clients to deepen awareness, build resilience, and support lasting change. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, navigating a significant life transition, struggling in relationships, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply, Tegan's hope is that counselling becomes a place where you can feel genuinely seen, supported and empowered to live a more connected, meaningful and present life.
