Tania Oliver is a highly regarded counsellor committed to supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families through life’s challenges with a compassionate, client-focused approach. Tania has worked in the field for many years and has developed her practice to create change and growth for clients across a wide range of presenting concerns. She draws on a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and mindfulness, tailoring her approach to each client’s needs and goals.
With experience across diverse settings and communities, Tania’s practice supports her clients to improve their psychological well-being and relationships. She’s therefore able to provide clients with practical strategies to support long-term, sustainable growth and change.
