Sunita is an easy to approach, down to earth fully qualified counsellor who also has a master’s degree in psychology. Sunita has worked for many organisations including assessment and the development of resilience of athletes, and has more recently worked in child protection and family support.

Sunita provides counselling services, behavioural change plans, risk management plans, trauma counselling and mood disorder (anxiety and depression) counselling. She has excellent training and experience in trauma management and working with carers or parents to provide strategies to manage ADHD and PTSD children and young people. Sunita possesses a strong interest in supporting people including young people and children who need a hand and the right direction to accomplish their true selves and potential. She believes that the behaviour is what we need to work on and not the person were the clients can learn to work through their issues and develop strategies and plans to resolve their problems to their satisfaction level.

Sunita is well experienced and has the masters level qualification to understand the depth of the issues of her clients. She has made a significant difference in people’s lives towards making positive changes. Many of her clients have reported they feel safe in her hands and appreciate her skills. Besides, Sunita has developed a strong connection within the Noongar community in the Peel region where she has been working for the past 6 years to support the first nation’s people to overcome the generational trauma. Sunita also speaks Hindi.
