Steven is a skilled provisional psychologist with many years’ experience working in a range of settings. Steven supports children, adolescents, adults, couples and families by helping to understand the challenges and concerns at hand, breaking unwanted behaviour patterns and setting new goals that support growth and long lasting positive change.
Steven uses a genuine, flexible and pragmatic approach and focuses on providing strategies to help achieve more positive outcomes. He sees well-being as a connection of all aspects of each client, including mental and physical health, and his services typically address each of these areas. Steven works with an understanding that each client is their own best resource, and he will help you to acknowledge and access your own strengths to manage and overcome challenges.
Steven works with each client and their unique needs by incorporating principles from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to build understanding and achieve symptom relief for a healthier, more enjoyable life.
