Stephanie Lindsay is an engaging and accomplished counsellor with extensive experience. She is a member of the AASW and is a Level 2 PACT therapist. In addition to her private practice, she has worked in a range of settings including the government sector. Stephanie specialises in providing effective therapeutic support to adolescents, adults, families and couples.
Stephanie is a warm and empathic counsellor and is committed to helping her clients develop effective strategies to address their concerns. She creates a relationship within each session. By exploring an area of concern in life and seeking insight into underlying issues and impacts, Stephanie’s clients create the conditions that make change possible. In this way, each counselling session can develop into a positive and uplifting experience. Stephanie is strongly committed to helping her clients overcome life’s challenges with effective, practical counselling support that allows the client to experience change in session.
Each session with Stephanie is tailored to meet the clients’ personal therapeutic needs. Stephanie specialises in PACT Therapy which is a psychobiological approach. This involves the body, mind and nervous system. Stephanie is trained to carefully observe and read what your face and body is saying.
