Scarlett Pragya is a highly regarded counsellor with many years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families presenting with a wide range of concerns. She is committed to providing a supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered to create positive change in their lives.

Scarlett’s counselling style is highly supportive, as she believes that feeling safe and understood is an important foundation for addressing life's challenges. In sessions, clients will find compassionate listening alongside practical strategies that help them feel steadier, using grounding, mindfulness, breathwork, and skills that support emotional regulation and personal safety. She also draws on an attachment-focused approach to help clients make sense of patterns in their relationships and inner world, whereby they can experience greater understanding, stability, and confidence in how they respond to life's challenges.

Scarlett works collaboratively with clients through careful exploration and a strengths-based approach, drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, psychoeducation, and trauma-informed approaches. Each session is tailored to the client's individual needs and goals, helping them build healthier coping strategies, strengthen relationships, and move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and wellbeing.
