Sarah Diggle is a compassionate, solution-focused counsellor with extensive professional experience. She is an active member of the Australian Counselling Association, with a substantial background working in private practice. Sarah specialises in providing effective therapeutic support to children, adolescents, individual adults, couples and families.
Sarah genuinely listens: she is strongly committed to providing a welcoming, safe and confidential space for her clients to discuss their situation and explore potential solutions. Sarah’s nonjudgmental and insightful approach to counselling helps her clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and addressing any underlying issues. Supporting clients living with chronic illness is a one of Sarah’s major specialisations. She helps her clients to harness their inner strengths, and equips them with practical strategies and tools for use in everyday life.
Sarah draws on a range of evidence-based approaches in her practice, tailoring sessions to meet the unique needs and goals of each client. Therapeutic techniques that Sarah uses include: Solution-Focused Therapy, Conflict Resolution Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, and Person-Centred Therapy.
