Sara Mazzucchi is an experienced registered counsellor and relationship therapist. She has worked with individuals and couples across a range of life circumstances, supporting clients who are looking for greater clarity, healthier relationships, improved emotional wellbeing, and practical ways to manage life’s challenges.
Sara is a compassionate, grounded and collaborative therapist. She creates a respectful and encouraging counselling environment where clients can speak openly, feel understood, and begin to make sense of the patterns that may be affecting their wellbeing or relationships. Her work is practical as well as reflective, helping clients build self-awareness, develop effective coping strategies, and take meaningful steps towards change.
Each session with Sara is tailored to the client’s needs, goals and pace. She draws on a range of contemporary counselling approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, Mindfulness and Solution-Focused Therapy. Sara believes counselling can help clients feel more empowered, more connected, and better equipped to create lasting positive change in their lives.
