Sam Hanna is a passionate and insightful counsellor and utilises various therapeutic processes to help people be the best version of themselves. Sam supports adults, adolescents, children and couples who struggle with a range of concerns.
Sam caters to each individual’s needs and carefully selects therapy types that work best for their personal development. He specialises in cognitive-behavioural therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness and music therapy. Sam believes that every person is deserving of happiness, no matter who they are, where they come from or what they’re struggling with. With care and compassion, Sam focuses on implementing steps that allow his clients to realise their potential, increase their knowledge and skills and make overall personal improvement.
Empowerment, building healthy relationships and finding inner peace are just some of the goals that Sam inspires his clients to achieve. He believes that by finding successful and manageable methods of overcoming any setbacks, every person can lead a happy and fulfilling life. Whether struggles stem from financial, physical or emotional issues, Sam works with his clients to consider all factors that will improve their mental health and overall wellbeing.
