Rosanna Quick is a counsellor with several years’ experience in private practice. She is a member of the Australian Counselling Association and has worked with a diverse range of clients, including adults and couples navigating a variety of life challenges. Her additional experience working with neurodiverse clients informs her thoughtful and inclusive approach.
Rosanna is an insightful, encouraging, and gently challenging therapist who works in a validating, perspective-based, and strategic way. She views counselling as a collaborative process, supporting clients to understand how patterns have developed and creating space for insight, self-compassion, and meaningful change. Together, she and her clients explore the origins of difficulties, develop practical strategies for responding differently, and work through the emotional impact of change as it unfolds. She creates a warm, non-judgemental environment where curiosity is welcomed, supporting clients to explore both immediate concerns and deeper questions of identity and direction.
Rosanna uses an integrated, client-centred approach, drawing on the Gottman Method, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and systems-based approaches. Rosanna brings a grounded, real-world perspective, helping clients reconnect with themselves, gain clarity and move forward with greater confidence and a deeper sense of alignment with who they are becoming.
