Rebecca Lowe is a highly competent, compassionate counsellor with over 10 years’ experience, providing high quality, professional therapy to the Darwin area. Rebecca is a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers and has worked for over a decade in a leading national family and relationship, not for profit organisation. Rebecca has extensive experience working with everyday, complex and wide-ranging issues, providing comprehensive, therapeutic support to individuals, couples, families and children.
Rebecca is committed to providing a professional, non-judgemental, confidential and safe space for clients to deeply explore the issues impacting their lives. Rebecca takes the time and personal connection necessary to assist her clients to better understand and address the concerns which have brought them to counselling. Genuinely caring about each of her clients she provides the support necessary; assisting people put into place lasting changes which will bring about increased wellbeing, healing, connection to others and purpose in their lives.
Each client session is considerately tailored to your needs at the time. Rebecca uses best practice, evidence-based therapeutic approaches to facilitate deep personal growth. These include: Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Family Therapy, Trauma and Attachment based frameworks, Solution Focused Therapy and incorporates approaches from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
Rebecca is dedicated to working collaboratively alongside her clients, so that they might be more equipped to confront the challenges of life.
