Each session with Nicole is tailored to meet the client’s personal therapeutic needs. Within the sessions, Nicole draws from different modes of treatment such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprogramming among other.
