Nicole Gross-Parsons is a highly experience and regarded psychologist with 14 years of experience with a broad range of clients and presenting issues. Nicole also holds membership with the Australian Psychological Society and the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
Nicole is very approachable and prides herself on creating a warm, non-judgemental, and supportive environment for clients. She treats each client as a unique person seeking help for their own issues and needing supportive and guiding professional therapy. Her goal for each session is that her clients will feel that they have been heard and that they can learn to be more accepting of themselves, kinder and more assertive in reflecting on what they want and can choose.
Each session with Nicole is tailored to meet the client’s personal therapeutic needs. Within the sessions, Nicole draws from different modes of treatment such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprogramming among other. With this, clients will learn different skills to reduce emotional distress in order to feel clearer about what they want to achieve.
