Natalie Manasseh is a highly regarded and experienced counsellor with over 25 years of practice supporting people through life’s challenges. Natalie works with children, young people, adults, couples, and families across a wide range of issues and holds full membership with two counselling related professional bodies.
Natalie is known for her grounded, warm, and outcome-focused approach. She offers a professional, practical, and person-centred space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change. Sessions are welcoming and calm, tailored to each client’s needs and goals. Natalie works collaboratively with her clients to explore what’s happening beneath the surface, to gain insight, and to build real strategies for moving forward with clarity and confidence.
Natalie draws on a variety of evidence-based methods in her practice, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). She has a particular interest in trauma recovery and emotional wellbeing. Natalie believes that with the right support, everyone has the capacity to grow and live with greater ease and purpose.
