Michelle is a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association and holds a Bachelor and Diploma of Counselling and a Graduate Diploma in Grief and Loss Counselling. She is an experienced private practitioner who provides counselling to individuals and couples, sixteen years and over. Michelle understands that we all experience challenging times in our lives when we feel overwhelmed with feelings of inadequacy, grief, fear, anxiety, anger and depression. These feelings are often triggered by a loss or change in our lives or a sign that change is needed.
Michelle supports, inspires and motivates you to work through these difficult times and seek out greater experience and meaning in your life. She provides you with the opportunity to tell your story in your own words and in your own way. She then works from a strengths-based perspective, helping you to identify and utilise your unique strengths and resources so you can feel equipped to overcome your challenges and achieve your goals.
Michelle is committed to providing an inclusive practice that welcomes and embraces diversity. She has experience working with LGBTQI clients and is passionate about providing support to this community.
