Doctor Merima Isakovic is an exceptionally skilled clinical psychologist, with many years’ professional counselling experience in Australia and internationally. Merima is a well-respected member of the Australian Psychological Society. She has provided effective specialist services to a diverse range of clients in various counselling settings. Merima counsels clients of all ages including young people, adults, seniors, couples and families.

Merima draws on a range of effective, evidence-based counselling methods in her practice. She is particularly skilled at tailoring counselling to meet the diverse needs of her clients. Therapeutic techniques that Merima uses include: Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Systemic Family Therapy. As Merima has trained at advanced levels in Neuropsychology, she also provides neuropsychological assessments upon request, and as needed.
