With over 15 years of experience, Manal Azzi is passionate about helping children, adolescents, adults, and families navigate life's challenges with confidence and resilience. As a registered member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia, she brings both professional expertise and genuine care to every session.
Manal believes that counselling is more than just "talking"; it’s an opportunity for growth and positive change. Together, she and her clients explore what might be holding them back, gain fresh insights, and create strategies that support their well-being. Each session is tailored to each client’s unique needs, providing a highly supportive space where they can feel heard, understood, and empowered.
She draws on a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Person-Centred therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Whatever issues her clients are facing, Manal sees her role as supporting them in finding a great way to move forward. Her goal is to help clients build healthier patterns, improve emotional well-being, and discover new ways to find peace, connection, and happiness.
