Lynda Petrovski is a superbly skilled and practical psychologist with 20 years’ professional experience. She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society, with a substantial background in private practice supporting clients across a broad range of concerns. Lynda provides effective therapeutic support to adolescents, individual adults, seniors, families and couples.

She also has diverse expertise supporting clients who are experiencing: career-related stress, relationship issues, post-traumatic stress symptoms, post-natal and peri-menopausal mood fluctuations, insomnia, and post-retirement life challenges. Lynda is client-centred and outcome-focused in her approach to counselling. She tailors sessions of counselling to meet the unique needs and circumstances of her clients. Lynda employs a number of therapeutic techniques in her practice, such as: Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema and Trauma therapy, EMDR and advanced principles from Gottman’s work.
