Loretta has been in practice since 2010, and her level 4 membership with the ACA is reflective of her training and skill in working with clients across a range of needs. Loretta provides effective services for clients of all ages at her practice, with a particular interest in working with children, couples, parents and family groups.

Loretta’s skill, training and experience, along with her genuine approach, creates an opportunity for clients to explore their issues and through her guidance can discover underlying beliefs and values, and therefore insight into how they can effect change in their lives to find meaning, connection, and purpose.  Loretta is committed to ensure that clients come away feeling that they have had a positive experience of being heard and supported in whatever challenges they are facing, and to develop goals and strategies to achieve them.  She is solution focused and respectful of all clients, and has a strong desire to see clients achieve a sense of acceptance, connection, and direction. 

Each session with Loretta is tailored to clients’ individual therapeutic needs. Loretta uses an integrated, client centred approach, drawing on many contemporary models of counselling, including Attachment and Trauma Informed, Narrative, and Solution Focused Therapy, Family Therapy, Gottman Method Couples’ Therapy and Internal Family Systems.  Loretta believes counselling should be a rewarding experience and she looks forward to helping you achieve greater understanding, peace, connection, health, and happiness.
