Lennard La Grange is an exceptionally skilled psychologist with more than 20 years’ counselling experience. He is also a member of the Australian Psychological Society. Lennard has worked with a wide range of clients in private practice, and the non-profit, military and corporate sectors. Lennard specialises in providing effective therapeutic support to individual adults and couples.
Lennard provides a safe, confidential and accepting environment for his clients to discuss their concerns. He listens with care and empathy, and is deeply committed to helping his clients navigate difficult times and overcome life’s struggles. After gaining a thorough understanding of the issues his clients are facing, Lennard supports them in making practical, positive changes. He works actively with his clients to improve their situation, personal wellbeing and relationships. Counselling with Lennard is an opportunity for clients to restore balance to their lives, and move forward with confidence.
Lennard is passionate about helping his clients to be the best they can be. His approach to counselling is strengths-focused, solutions-orientated, and inherently optimistic. Lennard uses a number of evidence-based therapeutic techniques in his sessions, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy. In addition to counselling, Lennard also provides Psychometric Assessments, and Executive and Life Coaching services.
