Lee is an accomplished counsellor who is committed to offering a dynamic and supportive environment for her clients, that supports change. An emotionally-attuned, knowledgeable and insightful practitioner, Lee works collaboratively with her clients to help them achieve greater self-awareness and move towards their goals.
Working with individuals and couples, Lee brings a depth of life experience, compassion and competency to her work. For the past 20 years, Lee has worked in the fields of counselling and mental health across the private, community and corporate sectors currently practicing in Fitzroy North. Lee supports clients in a way that is outcome focused and practical, with specialist couples relationship experience, she can help you get back on track. She will work with you to achieve your desired outcomes, including in the areas of personal growth, parenting and family dynamics, and trauma. Lee also works with couples who want to resolve relationship challenges to create emotionally secure and loving connections.
Lee believes change comes through recognition and understanding of our own life experience and the environment around us. Her approach is based on the latest advances in working with trauma, therapeutic change and neuroplasticity, and in particular how compassion and gratitude can be used to rewire the brain. Lee can help you recognise what is important and guide you down the path to positive growth and strengthened relationships.
