Lee is an accomplished psychotherapist and a member of PACFA. Lee is a graduate of Gestalt Therapy, and believes change comes through recognition and understanding of our own life experience and the environment around us. Lee is committed to creating a safe and dynamic environment that supports therapeutic change. An emotionally-attuned, warm and insightful practitioner, Lee works collaboratively with her clients to help them achieve greater self-awareness and move towards their goals.
Lee brings a depth of life experience, compassion and warmth to her work. For the past 20 years, she has worked in the fields of counselling and mental health, and advocacy across the private and community sector. She works with individuals, couples and teens to achieve a range of desired outcomes, including in the areas of personal growth, tools for mental health and well being, parenting, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and the nuanced presentations of trauma.
Lee works with couples who want to resolve relationship challenges to create secure and loving connections. Few things promise us greater happiness than our relationships, Lee supports you to manage conflict, communication issues, and collaborates with you to create lasting relational change. Lee is also an experienced practitioner in the Richards Trauma Process, which is a safe, fast and effective process that resolves Trauma and psychological distress.
