Lana is an accomplished counsellor with over 20 years of supporting clients in her own health and wellness business and is a member of the Australian Counselling Association. Lana has worked in a range of diverse settings and provides professional counselling support to adolescents, seniors, families and couples in a comfortable and private environment.
Lana has a gift of connecting with people from all walks of life in a very unique way. From the first appointment you feel at ease as she is very calming and reassuring. Lana is a true empathic, genuine, warm and extremely passionate. Her aim is to have every client feel heard and valued. Session recommendations are discussed on an individual basis and tailored to each clients needs for effective therapeutic support which include Cognitive behaviour Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Person Centred and Emotional Freedom Technique.
Coming from a health and wellness background, there are many parallel’s that go hand in hand with counselling. Lana considers that a workout for the mind is just as important as to the body. Lana is so committed to helping others’ make changes that are necessary for total fulfilment in life and displays this in her dedication to each and every client that she meets.
