Kristin (KJ) Bennett is a highly skilled professional counsellor supporting adults, couples, and families. Kristin holds registration with the Australian Counselling Association and works with her clients across a myriad of concerns.

Whatever life circumstances brings clients to the point that they are reaching out for help, Kristin believes that all people deserve support and the opportunity to grow and develop. Her approach encourages clients to collaborate while creating a highly supportive and open environment to explore areas of concern. Through exploration, the client and Kristin will work towards finding goals that align with the client’s values.

Kristin believes that each client is unique and offers a tailored approach that best fits the client’s needs and goals. It is through collaboration and trust that she will work with you to develop a personalised and evidence-based treatment plan to support you.
