Kerry Brown is a counsellor with a background in counselling and psychology who is committed to supporting her clients through challenging life experiences. Kerry works with adolescents and adults presenting with a wide range of presenting concerns. She is a member of the Australian Counselling Association and is dedicated to providing professional and effective support.

Kerry provides a highly supportive space where clients can speak openly about what they are experiencing. She understands that reaching out for counselling can feel like a big step, and she works collaboratively with clients to explore their concerns and develop practical ways forward. Her approach focuses on helping people feel understood, gaining clarity and building confidence in managing life’s challenges.

Each counselling session is tailored to the individual needs of the client. Kerry uses a client-centred approach and draws on a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, person-centred counselling, mindfulness strategies and trauma-informed practice.
